Booking Terms & Conditions

I. Booking & Payment 

• Retainer: A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to lock in your date.
• Balance: The remainder is due 5 days before your event.

II. Cancellation & Rescheduling 

• Cancellations: Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellation within 10 days of the event required. 
• Rescheduling: Date changes are allowed up to 10 days before the event (Subject to availability).

III. Logistics

• Space: We need  a 8’ x 8’ level area 
• Power: One dedicated standard outlet within 20ft
• Wi-Fi: Venue must provide WiFi for instant digital sharing.

IV. Liability & Usage 

• Damage: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the booth by guests.
• Photos: We reserve the right to use event photos for our portfolio/social media (unless you opt-out before event!)
