How much space do you need?

Our sleek stands are space savers! We generally need an 8’x8’ area and access to a standard power outlet within 10 feet.

How early do you arrive for setup?

We arrive 45-60 minutes before your “start time’ to ensure everything is perfect. Setup and teardown time are included and do not count against your rental hours.

Is there a limit to how many photos we can take?

Never! We offer unlimited sessions for the duration of your rental. Shoot until your hearts content.

Can guests get their photos instantly?

Absolutely. Guests can send photos to their phones via SMS, Email etc. instantly. If you have a printing package, the photos print in under 10 seconds.

Can we customize the photo design?

Yes. We will work with you to design a custom “overlay” (the frame on the photo) that matches your party theme.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to move your deposit to a new date within 12 months. But you must call 48hours before hand.
